We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
A return or exchange is eligible if:
The product is unworn & unused
The product is in original packaging
A valid receipt/order number is provided
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Returns may be refused if items are:
Worn or used
Damaged due to customer handling
Missing original packaging
On clearance/discounted sale
2. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with:
Order number
Photos showing the issue
We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost if verified.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
The product is defective and cannot be replaced
The product is out of stock after payment
An approved return is completed
Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Processing time:
Online payments: 7–14 business days (based on gateway policies)
Bank refunds: 3–7 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are accepted based on stock availability.
Customer may bear shipping costs for size exchanges unless the error was on our side.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Gift cards
Clearance or discounted sale items
Used or damaged items
