  • Out of Stock? No Problem! If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll give you the option to choose a new item of the same value.

Returns for Exchange or Issues

While we don’t offer refunds, your satisfaction remains our priority. If you have concerns with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable.   • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the item delivered is different from your order, we will arrange the courier service for the return free of charge.
